Who we are

A group of core members and associates who have broad experience as strategic and operational practitioners in the world of international and organizational conflict. With expertise in Policing, military and NGO activities in international conflicts, and wide industrial and commercial experience, the company draws on a diverse pool of talent to address a wide variety of conflict scenarios.

Why we do it

We see often avoidable crisis, dysfunctions and misery being played out because participants lack the skills to prevent, manage or avoid conflicts. We strongly believe that conflict management skills can be learned. In Global Conflict Solutions we seek to contribute to the building of skills in individuals and organisations to address the every day or the extraordinary conflicts they face.

How we do it

• We hold seminars and talks to provide broad information on conflict environments, describing pitfalls and success strategies when considering involvement in these areas
• We conduct bespoke training courses in conflict management techniques at basic, developed and advanced levels for Leaders, Executives and Practitioners
• We provide one on one mentoring with leaders and executives, and team contact with groups
• We advise on and support specific projects in organisations as well as in integrated peace missions, and in Police and Military exercises
• Coaching: We provide programs for individuals or groups to develop new goals, expand contemporary knowledge levels and engage in higher level practises
• We take on leadership roles in specific Projects, Missions or Operations, and we also head development and scoping studies
• We develop strategic planning capabilities, concepts for operations and developments, and also design operational plans according to need
• We also present as Key Note speakers at events which seek to broaden awareness of causes of conflict and the creative solutions that can be found to address them.

We come to you

Our associates collaborate with clients in their home base environments including USA, France, Kuwait, UK, Ethiopia and Norway. We have also deployed to project bases in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Darfur, Sudan.
